Sourcing Windproof Roller Blinds: How a Single-Category Supplier Configures an Order

Sourcing windproof roller blinds: how a single-category supplier configures eight models to opening sizes, fabrics and a stated 7–15 day lead time.

External windproof roller blinds in beige fabric partially lowered over large glazing on a modern rendered house, held taut in slim dark grey aluminium side tracks.
Sourcing exterior windproof roller blinds begins with the opening, not with a stock list. Working with a supplier that keeps to one product category means each blind is configured around the opening it is made for, from the measured width and height to the fabric and drive. This article sets out what the range covers and how an order comes together.

One System Since 2018

Established in 2018 in the Tianhe district of Guangzhou, China, eziptrack is a supplier working in a single product category: windproof zip-track roller blinds. From the start the business was built around that one category rather than a broad catalogue, and the line has stayed inside it: eight models, one system.
The core of that category is a zip-guided fabric that runs inside an aluminium alloy side track and bottom rail, with welded zipper teeth along both fabric edges. Closing the fabric into the track keeps it tensioned, so the blind holds its surface on exposed openings instead of billowing in the wind.
Our method follows the product: a windproof roller blind is defined by the opening it is matched to and the way it manages light and wind. Because we stay with this one system, every configuration we supply ties the fabric openness, the control method and the wind resistance to the opening at hand. That is what configuring to the opening means in practice: the opening is measured, the model is matched, and the configuration is confirmed before supply.
Buyers meet the same system at every size. A compact balcony blind and a model spanning a commercial frontage share the same side-rail construction, so the technical vocabulary a project team works with stays the same as the openings grow.

What the Range Covers

The line runs through eight models, from ZT90 and ZT110 up to the large ZT180, together with ZT150, ZT170 2-in-1, Double Layer, Hand Crank and Cordless Spring. The models differ in the openings they cover, not in the system they share. Projects range from a single balcony opening to a span of up to 14 m, with the largest reaching 7 m in height, and the openings each model covers are listed on the products pages.
All eight share the same side-rail construction, with zipper-guided fabric edges retained inside aluminium alloy tracks. The range runs from compact residential openings to large commercial spans, in motorized, manual and 2-in-1 versions: electric models run by remote and Wi-Fi TUYA app control, and hand rocker, cordless spring and 2-in-1 versions serve openings without power. Motorized and manual operation can also be combined on one unit. The differences between the drive families, opening by opening, are set out in the motorized vs manual outdoor roller blinds guide.
Openness options run from 1% up to 30%, with blackout also available. Frame colours run from white, coffee and dark grey through to further options on some series; the fabric series and their colour codes are covered on the colour card. Fabric, frame and control are chosen to match the facade. Still unsure? Send us the opening details and we will point you to the right model.

Configured to Each Opening

Each buyer sets the opening size, the fabric openness rate and the control method per opening, and eziptrack confirms each configuration before supply. That confirmation is the same for a single window or a whole facade: the configuration is checked against the opening the blind is made for.
The configuration follows four entries, and each one is written per opening:
  • Specified to the opening: Each blind is set to the measured width and height of the space, within the range of the chosen model.
  • Light control by fabric: Fabric openness is selected from 1% to 30% transmittance, with full-shade blackout for elevations that need it.
  • Stable in wind: Zip-guided fabric is held inside the aluminium alloy track and bottom rail, rated to windproof Grade 8, with manual models reaching Grade 10.
  • Matched to the facade: Frames in white, coffee and dark grey, with further options on some series, so the track and bottom rail sit cleanly on patios, pergolas and balconies.
Size, fabric openness, control and finish: those four entries carry the specification for each opening, and the confirmation step checks them against the model envelope. The sequence is short by design: the range asks for the opening size, the fabric openness and the control method, the finish completes them, and the rest follows from the model the envelope points to.
eziptrack reviews the figures, and the configuration is confirmed before supply. From the buyer's side, the preparation that makes that confirmation quick is set out in the ordering windproof roller blinds guide.

Samples and Drawings on Request

Before a volume order, most buyers want the fabric in hand, physically and on paper. The colour card page carries the downloadable PDF with every swatch and code; for physical references, the request goes by email.
The colour card is the shared reference: every series and colour code on one page, the same entries an order is written from. For most projects the PDF answers the questions; the physical book is for the final sign-off where colour is approved in person.
Physical fabric swatches can be requested by emailing raymond@eziptrack.com with the series and colour codes you are considering. A swatch book is ordered by enquiry and carries a fee.
Swatch books and drawings answer different questions. A swatch says what the fabric is; a drawing says what the unit is. Buyers working through a finishes schedule usually start with the swatch, and move to the drawings once the fabric direction is settled.
The drawing set for each model is explained in the parts and drawings guide, and site teams checking their figures can work through the measuring method article. Drawings and swatches can be requested by email. Practical guides for specifiers and installers cover how the zip-track system works, what wind grades 8 and 10 cover, and which control system suits which opening.

Who eziptrack Supplies

eziptrack serves distributors, engineering contractors and project buyers sourcing exterior windproof blinds, and supplies them worldwide. We work with one product line: zip-guided windproof roller blinds for patios, pergolas, balconies and outdoor dining areas. The openings we quote run from a single balcony to a whole facade. A distributor can quote one balcony, a contractor can schedule a full building, and the entries are written the same way in both cases: per opening, from the measurements up.
The range carries a stated shipment lead time of 7–15 days.

Starting a Project

An order starts with the opening details. Send the opening details through the form, or contact us directly, and ask about models, fabrics, frame colours or a project configuration.
Tell us the opening size and preferred fabric, and we will confirm the configuration. Send your project details and we will come back with the right windproof roller blind configuration.
Submit a schedule through the contact us page, or send it by email to raymond@eziptrack.com.

Working Together FAQs

Where is eziptrack based?

Guangzhou, China: the Tianhe district, where the business was established in 2018. From there, eziptrack supplies distributors, engineering contractors and project buyers worldwide.

Can I visit before ordering?

Contact us before arranging a visit so we can prepare the right samples and information. The same route covers project questions in the meantime, from model and frame colour options to a full documentation request.

What do I send to start?

Three entries matter most: the size of each opening, the fabric openness, and the control method. Have the width and height for every opening, an openness rate from 1% to 30% or blackout, the frame colour, and the drive you prefer. Send them by email or through the contact form and the configuration can be confirmed. That list is also what a quotation is based on, so a complete schedule saves a round of questions. Share a few details about your request so we can send a useful reply.

How soon can an order ship?

The stated shipment lead time is 7–15 days. The confirmation step is covered in the ordering guide.

Can a schedule combine models and drives?

One schedule can carry several models and several openness rates, because the entries are written opening by opening. On drives, the mix is practical: powered openings can take motorized units, and openings without power can take a manual model.
